Frozen broiler chicken carcass
ПотрGutted. All internal organs were removed, the head (between the second and third cervical vertebrae), the neck (without skin) at the level of the shoulder joints, or below, but not more than 20 mm. The carcass is well drained and clean. The color of the muscle tissue is from pale pink to pink. Muscles are well developed. The shape of the breast is rounded. The keel of the sternum is not excreted. The deposits of subcutaneous fat in the lower abdomen are insignificant. Bone system is without fractures and deformities.
The carcass does not have: foreign inclusions; foreign odors; fecal impurities; visible blood clots; residues of the intestine and cloaca, trachea, esophagus, mature reproductive organs; cold burns, stains from spilled bile.
Shelf life is 12 months
